Demi Lovato was born in Dallas, Texas to Patrick Lovato and Diana Lovato (née Hart).Lovato has an older sister, Dallas, and a younger sister, Madison.
Demi's mother, Dianna Hart, was a Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader and country recording artist; Demi Lovato' father, Patrick, moved to New Mexico after their marriage ended in 1994.
Demi's Father suffered some health problems and rarely sees her. The father and daughter saw each other for the 1st time in 4 years with a surprise visit by Lovato in February 2008.
